I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the staff like Ozzy and Balu made our stay lively, but the dining was quite disappointing with limited variety and questionable hygiene. The cleanliness of the facilities gave a sense of comfort, but overall, changes are definitely needed to enhance the all-inclusive experience.
